Minutes of Previous Meeting

The minutes of the previous meeting of 19 November having been circulated were then passed as a true record of events.

Matters Arising from 19 November Actions

Chair noted that bridge looked good with new sign.

Chair noted that there was a very good turnout for Community Resilience meeting. There is a requirement to hold a CR exercise by Spring 2014.

Cllrs Grime and Cessford to attend 1st Aid course. Date TBA.

Cllr Cessford noted £90 donated from carol service for defibrillator fund. Fundraising coffee morning at the end of January.

Cllr Dixon noted no response from SBC Access Officer Neil Mackay. Access Officer Susan Kevan will inspect the Howgate to Southcote path in January.

Cllr Hall reported a recent suspicious person in Morebattle to Police.

Cllr Scott attended Scottish Natural Heritage event in Kelso. SNH budget freeze currently in force.
