Cheviot Area Forum – Report from Walter Leitch Trust SBC Cllr Mountford and Chair had attended meeting SBC Cllr Mountford gave a report on this. An approved letter has been sent to Trustees in Australia – terms to be changed to take in catchment area instead of Junior Secondary. Will let us know outcome when hear back from Trustees in Australia. |

Morebattle Path Proposal Cllr Hall sent all Community Councillors Draft Copy of e-mail regarding meeting at proposed path. Discussion followed as best way forward i.e hard core to be put down and then tarmac in the future. Cllr Hall, Landowner, SBC & SBC Access Team to meet up and take this forward. |

AOB Morebattle Shop Cllr Hall intimated that due to ill health owner of Morebattle Shop was holding an open meeting on Tuesday 31st January in Morebattle Village Hall at 7pm with a view to a proposal for a Community run shop – nominations for a Steering Committee are being sought from the public.
