Morebattle and Yetholm Windfall Fund Cllr Murray reported that £850 will be distributed between 8 applicants. Details on the fund’s Facebook page. |

Defibrillators Morebattle unit was recently used. The pads are now out of date and it may be the same for the other three units. Cllr Henderson volunteered to check the defibrillators regularly. Cost of £30 per unit to replace pads. |

Recycling Bins in Morebattle Cllr Murray noted that Yetholm had a variety of recycling bins in a fenced location. Cllrs Lang and Hall had identified 5 potential locations in Morebattle but would postpone further detailed discussion until the March meeting and investigate any relevant planning regulations. |

Community Council Insurance Cover Resilient communities group, Cllr Murray to check whether the community council organises the group’s cover. Discussion over whether any child safeguarding issues existed in relation to the community council’s role in the annual Kelso/Jethart festival ride-out to Morebattle. |

Morebattle ride-out Cllr Bell had requested that the steps provided by the community council for access to the trailer should be the correct height in order to avoid risk of accidents. |
