Meeting arranged with Vattenfall for 25 November at Roxburghe Hotel, Kelso. Cllr Hall noted that Oxnam Community Council had a new Chair. |

BT has no plans to decommission Hownam kiosk due to lack of mobile phone signal. |

Kalewater Community Action Plan LEADER funding application Secretary noted that it had not been possible to obtain the minimum of costed proposals by the mid-November deadline. A decision was now awaited on the level of funding support for the next application round. |

Salt Bins General concern that salt bins had yet to appear at a number of locations despite icy conditions. Chair to contact SBC Cllr Nicol and Secretary to contact SBC Roads Section. |
