AOB Cllr Halliday asked if the Trysting tree could be pruned. It was noted that the tree was on the Institute’s ground and pre-dated the community council. Cllrs Hall and Halliday to obtain quotes from tree surgeons. A 50:50 split of costs could be discussed with the institute. |

Cllr Mabon passed on concerns of local members of the community re. potholes at the top end of Morebattle and a blocked drain by the butchers. SBC Cllr Mountford suggested a meeting with SBC officer Ronnie Pattenden and Chair. |

SBC Cllr Nicol gave an update on the Morebattle development site. Chair noted that the site had deteriorated over the summer. Agreed to write to owner to request that pernicious weeds are controlled and trees maintained on a monthly basis. |
