Templehall Hotel - Public Meeting

As you may know the Templehall Hotel in Morebattle has been for sale for a long while. We are keen to safeguard the future of this valuable community asset.

We are investigating the feasibility of purchasing the hotel, the land and holiday lets on behalf of the community.

A community company has been formed and is actively engaging with funding bodies. There is also the necessity for the local community to be involved and invest if the project is to be viable.

You will no doubt have many questions as to how the scheme works, how you could be involved, etc.

We are holding a public meeting which we hope will answer as many of your questions as possible. Also present will be representatives from the public bodies who are experts in this field and are assisting with the project.

For the project to get to the next stage we must be able to demonstrate support from the community.

We would really appreciate it if you could attend our public meeting on Monday 13th June at 7pm in Morebattle Village Hall.

This is an exciting opportunity for us all to be involved with a project that will benefit the Kalewater community for years to come.
